Seller agrees pup/dog will be received by buyer in good health, having all the necessary de-worming and shots required for the dog's age. Pup/dog will be received by the buyer with a health certificate upon request by the buyer with expenses paid by the buyer. If your dog/pup requires shipping, registration papers will not be sent with pup/dog. They will be sent via mail, overnight delivery, or 2nd day delivery if available at buyer's request and at the buyer's expense.

Buyer's not requiring shipping, agree that pup will be picked up within 7 days of being notified that pup is available. If pup can not be picked up, seller will attempt to arrange delivery of pup within a reasonable distance for a reasonable charge. If seller is to deliver pup, only 1 delivery attempt will be made. Pup/dog must be paid in full prior to delivery or upon delivery of pup/dog. Buyers placing deposits on an older dog agree that balance must be paid in full no more than ___days from the date of this contract. Buyer agrees that the deposit of _______ is non-refundable and failure to pick up pup/dog or accept delivery within above states amount of time makes contract void and results in forfeiture of deposit. If receiving your pup/dog requires shipping, all shipping charges must be paid in full within agreed amount of time. Buyer/seller will make necessary arrangements with seller to arrange shipping of pup/dog. It will be the buyers/sellers responsibility to make all necessary arrangements regarding shipping of pup/dog. Seller only guarantees the health of pup/dog for 48 hours after buyer receives the pup/dog. Buyer has 48 hours to have pup/dog vet checked for health defects. Buyer must provide proof from a licensed vet stating such defect in order to receive a refund or exchange. After 48 hours, seller will not be held responsible. NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyer agrees to return the pup/dog to seller at buyer's expense for a replacement pup/dog of equal value. THE SELLER WILL REPLACE THE PUPPY WITH ANOTHER PUPPY AS SOON AS ONE IS AVAILABLE OF THE SAME SEX AND VALUE. NO CASH REFUND. REPLACEMENTS ONLY. AT NO TIME WILL THE SELLER BE RESPONSIBILE FOR ANY VET FEES INCURRED. SELLERS HEALTH CONTRACTED AFTER LEAVING SELLER PREMISES OR FROM MISTREATMENT, MALNOURISHMENT, OR NEGLECT BY BUYER OR DUE TO SKIN ALLERGY OR ANY OTHER PARASITE PROBLEM. ALL PUPS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE SHOW QUALITY.

The blue coat coloring in most breeds is associated with skin problems. Blue coated dogs of all breeds are more prone to bacterial, viral, staph, and fungal infections as well as various forms of dermatitis, allergies, demodex, and color mutant alopecia. While some of these conditions are hereditary many of them are simply the result of the blue coat coloring. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AGAINST ANY SKIN OR COAT PROBLEMS. Nor will be responsible for skin and coat problems that are common for dogs with blue coloring. Most of these coat problems are easily and inexpensively treated. Not all blue dogs will be affected by a skin problem but you must be prepared to treat your dog in the event that he does. We will not knowingly breed any dog that is a producer of a skin disease. There is no test available for these problems prior to signs of infection. Adult dogs can be carriers and not ever show signs of infections. Breeder does not make any guarantees on dogs that are acquired as the result of a puppy trade for stud service to any of our studs or dogs owned to us by other breeders for other reasons. Seller does not guarantee health of dogs seller did not produce. Seller also makes no guarantees that any dogs pup or adult are reproductively sound and may not ever reproduce pups.

We do not guarantee that a particular coat color and or pattern will be produced in any litter. Any coat color is possible in all litters produced. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON BUT MAY BE TRANSFERABLE IN THE EVENT THE SEX OF CHOICE WAS NOT PRODUCED, NO PUPS PRODUCED, NOT ENOUGH PUPS PRODUCED TO COVER YOUR PICK, PUP CHOSEN DIES OR DEVELOPS HEALTH PROBLEMS BEFORE 8 WEEKS OLD. DEPOSITS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE BECAUSE OF COLOR.

DO NOT MAIL CASH. A signed copy of this contract will be sent to you upon receiving your deposit. Seller will fill in necessary information and will be sent via email,fax,or mail for buyer to sign. BUYER WILL SIGN, MAKE A COPY FOR HIS RECORDS, AND RETURN TO SELLER. Two copies will be sent to the buyer. One for the buyer's records and the other must be signed and sent back to seller. If you received contract via email it is suggested that you save it to your computer. In cases of email contracts, seller is considered legally bound to this contract once buyer had replied to it and deposit had been received from buyer. Deposits are non-refundable in the event that the buyer does not respond. Buyer has 3 days to respond to email and 7 days to respond by mail unless other arrangements have been made between seller and buyer at seller's discretion. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the seller has current contact information to be able to reach you when pups are born/available. This information should be provided in the space below. If buyer should move, have a phone number changed, etc. It is the buyer's responsibility to notify seller. Seller will not attempt to track you down if your information has changed since this contract was made.

HEALTH AND WELL BEING TERMS: Seller expects that all new owners will maintain the health of said pup/dog such as proper nutrition, keep pup/dog current on all necessary vaccinations and go to regular veterinarian visits. The seller reserves the right to inspect pup/dog's housing quarters. If seller discoveries the pup/dog is an unsanitary environment and/or in poor health, the seller has the right to reclaim the dog from the new owner with no compensation the the new owner. All registration paperwork must be transferred back to the seller at this time. FEMALES WILL ONLY BE BRED TO REGISTERED MALES. Some examples include ADBA, UKC, CKC, and etc. REGISTERED DOGS WILL NOT BE BRED TO NON-REGISTERED DOGS FOR ANY REASON. Buyer agrees to not use this animal for any illegal purposes. If buyer is found violating illegal purposes pup/dog shall be reclaimed from buyer by seller at no compensation to new owner with all necessary registration paper work transferred back to seller. IF AT ANY TIME BUYER DECIDES TO SELL PUP/DOG, GIVE AWAY PUP/DOG, THE BUYER AGREES TO GIVE BREEDER THE FIRST OPTION TO BUY OR GET THE PUP/DOG BACK.

MALE SALES

Breeder reserves unlimited stud services, free of charge on all male puppies purchased unless other arrangments have been made at the time of the purchase. All expenses on said breeding, including transportation, health certification, boarding, food, etc. including frozen/chilled semen expenses are to be paid by the breeder.
